Bahan Putu ayu
- Gunakan 2 butir telur.
- Diperlukan 200 gr gula pasir.

- Dibutuhkan 1/2 sdt baking powder.
- Dibutuhkan Pasta pandan.

Putu ayu is a traditional Indonesian snack made from flour, sugar, and coconut milk topped with steamed shredded coconut. Beacuse it contains pandan, i put pandan paste to bring out the colour. Putu ayu, or puteri ayu, which loosely translates to "pretty princess" in Bahasa Indonesia, is thought be Indonesian in origin, but can also be found in Malaysia and Singapore. Cara memasak Putu ayu
- 1 lembar pandan Garam Campur kelapa dan sedikit garam,lalu kukus bersama pandan selama 10 menit. Campur santan dan pasta pandan,aduk rata,sisihkan. Mixer dengan kecepatan tinggi telur,gula pasir dan Sp sampai mengembang dan berjejak. Tuang campuran santan bergantian dengan terigu dan baking powder,mixer pake speed rendah sebentar saja. Olesi cetakan dengan minyak goreng,masukan kelapa sambil di tekan2 supaya padat lalu tuang adonan di atasnya. Kukus selama 10 menit..
