Bahan-bahan Bika Ambon simpel
- Diperlukan Bahan Biang.
- Gunakan 1 sdt Gula pasir.
- Dibutuhkan 1 sdt Fermipan.
- Gunakan 50 ml Air hangat.
- Siapkan Bahan Adonan.
- Gunakan 2 butir Telor ayam,, kocok lepas.
- Siapkan 100 gram Tepung kanji/tapioka.
- Diperlukan 50 gram Tepung terigu.
- Diperlukan 100 gram Gula pasir.
- Sediakan 1 sdm Margarin cair.
- Dibutuhkan 1/4 sdt Garam.
- Diperlukan Bahan Santan.
- Dibutuhkan 200 ml Santan (me : Kara 65ml + air).
- Dibutuhkan 4 lembar Daun jeruk.
- Gunakan secukupnya Kunyit bubuk.

Cara memasak Bika Ambon simpel
- Campur semua bahan biang lalu diamkan selama 15 menit hingga mengembang.
- Rebus semua bahan santan hingga ada buih kecil lalu matikan api.
- Ayak terlebih dulu bahan tepung dan lalu masukkan gula dan garam lalu tambahkan setengah dr rebusan santan dan telor,, aduk hingga tercampur rata menggunakan whisk terakhir masukkan sisa santan dan margarin lantas aduk kembali hingga semua benar-benar tercampur rata lalu diamkan selama 1 jam.
- Setelah di diamkan lalu aduk sebentar,, panaskan cetakan tunggu sampai benar-benar panas,, oleskan dengan sedikit minyak sayur lalu masukkan adonan ke dalam cetakan, panggang dengan menggunakan api kecil saja biarkan hingga keluar sarang lalu tutup cetakan,,, panggang hingga matang.
- Dan kue bika ambon siap untuk di nikmati.
